Aenima is their best, my favorite album ever. I would start there.

schism from "lateralus" is one of my least favorite tool songs. It got too much air play and became too familiar.

The song Lateralus and The Grudge and Parabola are good too.

Lateralus > Aenima in my opinion :D.
