News story: Defense in rape case; penis too big to rape her.

I'm looking for a news story about a rape case where the mans defense was that his penis was too big to fit in the girl. This story was on bob and tom last week and when i told my friends about it they didnt believe me. Apparently they brought a model of his penis into the court room, it was 8.5 inches long and had a 6 inch girth. I looked for this for a wile and had no luck, please help.
