This game gave me a relapse to the Giants-49ers playoff game a few years ago... except this time the 90% kicker(before the game) misses three to win it... the 50+ yarder was excusable, but he shanked two kicks he normally makes. On a side note, holy crap the Vikings are 6-5.

Seahawks are the most under-rated team in the NFL.
I love it. I would hate to be a Giants fan at this moment of time. It has got to be a gut-wrentching feeling to see a good kicker miss 3 game winning field goals.
The thing I love the most about this game is Jeremy Shockeys reactions. When there was four seconds left in regulation he was celebrating when he thought Jay made it. Then to see his reaction afterwards....that would be a great WTF moment.

I remember that game, i was 10 and at the bowling alley... i ran into the bathroom and tore all of the paper out of the paper thingy, and i am shocked that the vikings won 4 in a row but you have to remember brad johnson won a super bowl with the bucs in '02

ahah dude you act like the game was 20 years ago. The game was 3 years ago and you are saying "oh yea what a classic.. it must have been.... well i was 10 or so and the family was huddled around the radio. The reception was poor but if you stuck it so it was pointing towards the Johnson's weather vane, you could get enough of a reception to hear the big plays"
You are a fraud and should fall on an axe... Where the red fern grows style.

Damn I watched every second of that game, right before the end of regulation I went and layed down in my bed becasue I thought I was going to be sick. Hell yeah. Top of the NFC baby. How about Joe Jervicius stepping up big and the 12th man on the team stepped up big. The Giants had like 11 false starts. Hahahahaha Bring on the Eagles.

I still cant believe they called that Shockey play a TD........That fucked everything up
That WAS a TD. His foot landed right before he got hit. What I'm suprised is that they called Shockey incomplete that time he fumbled it after they challenged it. He DID have possession of the ball. He caught it and then tried to swtich the ball to his right hand and fumbled it. And even if he didn't fumble there wasn't undisputable evidence to turn the call over. And they had 11 false starts. Fucking total bullshit. I call shananigans on the refs. And I don't give a fuck if I spelled Shannanigans wrong.

Feely is good. He just fucked up 3 fucking times in a fucking row. He only missed 2 field goals before today.
And does anyone notice that ALL of Seattles tough games are at home? Atlanta, Dallas, the Giants, and they play the colts iin a couple of weeks. What kind of bullshit is that?
Oh well, we'll beat the cowgirls next week and win the division. Go to the playoffs and then beat Seattle. Damn lucky bastards.

Actually, I do think he had the right to flame, because, what you said was slightly retarded. On an internet forum, you get flamed when you say slightly retarded things. If you can't handle that, then maybe this is not the right place for you.

I say Giants getting a touchdown and the 2 pt conversion was pretty lucky also, but if the Giants plan on beating Seahawks in the playoffs they better be ready to pack their bags and head on back up to the Seattle where they get 11 false starts because the crowd is so damn loud.

11-27-2005, 11:27 PM
Well the Giants gotta worry about the Cowboys before they even think about who they play in the playoffs lol. Its been proven the Cowboys cant beat the Giants this year but not the other way around. I dont think Shockeys left foot was down either I never saw it touch he gt blasted before it came down and it took him off his foot. Thats why he fell like that I didnt see it drag either but ill get to see it on sportscenter again and then ill know. The Toomer play was just a good catch they finally start using him and it pays off. The false starts were all correct calls the O-Line got rattled like in NCAA 06

But those were catches and not luck. The Seahawks didn't do anything to cause Feely to choke. Damn that pisses me off.

That was most likely the most disgusting loss I've ever seen. How can you commit 11 false starts? I don't care how loud the crowd is, you need to be more focused against a team like Seattle. I still I'm not that impressed by the Seahawks, though. The Giants played like crap. They needed the Giants veteran kicker to miss 3 straight field goals to win. If the Giants had played like they can, it would have never gotten that close.
Oh well, I predicted that the Giants would lose this game, and I still have them winning the division.

Damn.......I fucked up pretty bad there........damn. You know what I meant though the Cowboys proved they could beat the Giants and the Giants havent proven shit. Next week if the Cowboys win theyll take the Division I couldnt see them losing three of the next 4

The Giants are first place in their division and have a winning record, yet I feel like they disappoint me every fucking week. This is their third straight loss by 3 points, lost to Dallas 17-14, lost to Minnesota 24-21 and now lose to Seattle 24-21. It's frustrating, this team has potential, but they seam to fall short in tough games.
