If the Seahawks do win, It won't be becuase of Alexander, Noone this season has gained more than 50 yards on us this year at home on rush yards and we only allowed 2 rushing TD's and that was to Dunn and Vick back in week 1. But I already know there is a good chance we are gonna lose becuase of lack of ability to run the ball up the middle and haven no Mcnabb, Hell were a 1 dimentional team. Our season is basically over unless we win atleast the next 4 and the cowboys and giants lose 2. But just because I am an Eagle fan I say the Eagles win by 7. 21-14.

actually all i care about in this game is that lj smith gets a td, becuase the number 1 guy in my fantasy league will get a loss. Is it just me or does this game look just like the madden 06 comercials.

I can't stand Madden.
"Wait, are the Eagles jerseys dark green.... or black?"
Jesus, if he can't tell, that's fine, but I don't know why he feels the need to announce it to the entire country.

If he didn't have the best football game out, I wouldn't buy it simply because of his voice.

But you have to admit, his stupidity in it is quite realistic.

Damn 42-0 and they are taking Alexander out with only 49 yds or something. I wanted him to at least break 100 but I can understand Mike Holmgren not wanting him to get hurt. I don't think they should just keep running it and get 3 and outs. Throw some balls to jervicious and engram. Hell I would even throw Alexander back in their if they get within the 5 yd line to tack on some more tds, but the whole eagles defense will be gunning to hurt them.

That wasn't exactly going out on a limb. If it was Seahawks vs. Packers your post would have been:
Packers 39949421398 Seahawks 0... We're a better team than they are.

Andy Reid and Mike Holmgren are good friends, and John Madden said it the best during the game.
"The Eagles are already embarrassed, and with Holmgren and Reid being friends, Holmgren is going to stop this beating early."
Seattle already had a win, don't disrespect another team because of it.

Yea I understand not disrespecting the other team but if you look at the stats Seattle had a bad game. Hasselbeck only threw for like 98 yds. They didn't even break 200 yards as a team. It makes Seattle look not as good. I still don't think alot of people respect Seattle as a good team and if they wouldve put in another 1 or 2 touchdown scoring drives it may have looked alot better.

Do the statistics really matter when you can look and see a score of 42-0?

Yea I want Shaun Alexander to get the most rushing yards this year and beat Priest Holmes record. I guess i'm just greedy.

I still don't think the Seahawks are a dominant figure in the NFC yet. The best team they've beaten was the Giants, but the Giants really just beat themselves. I just can't take a team seriously when they've gotten 7 of their wins by beating the 49ers, the Rams twice, the Cardinals twice, the Eagles, and the Texans. They have an extremely easy schedule. The average winning percentage of the teams they've played is .438. The average winning percentage of the teams they have beaten is .400, while the average winning percentage of the two teams they've lost to is .625. I'll accept the Seahawks as a legitimate contender in the NFC if they can hang with the Colts.

Agreed. And just my opinion but i think the cowboys and possibly the giants outplayed the seahawks.

you think the giants outplayed the seahawks when you got two bullshit touchdowns.
That like spotting someone 14 points at the beginning of the game...and the seahawks STILL won.

Toomer's touchdown was a TD. There is no dispute about that because it was a great catch and was a touchdown. The NFL came out and said that Shockey's TD was disputable and the only reason why they didn't reverse that was because there wasn't indisputable evidence. But they said Toomer DID get that TD. And he DID. The Seahawks did get outplayed. Plain and simple. Even by the Cowboys. The Seahawks aren't as good as people make them out to be. Especially because of their bullshit schedule. Their whole division is a joke. They played horrible teams, and the teams that they play that are good, they play at home. (Cowboys, Giants, Colts) And they got lucky at the Giants and Cowboys game because of Bledsoe's horrible decision interception, and Feely's bad game. They were outplayed.

^ Do I sense some hostility from this Giants fan? They will meet again in the playoffs and the Seahawks shall be victorious again.
