Alright my friends, I have to supervise a community service event this Sat. It shouden't be too hard, but I am suppose to have community service forms to sign, to conform that they everyone was there. But.. I don't have any, so I was wondering if any of you guys have one, and could scan it, or if anyone could find a PDF online. Thanks.
