I came on here looking for an answer to that too. Cause it looked like there was a cord attached so I thought maybe it was the guy. But yeah, looks more like a piece of equipment.

What was with the guy yelling "hey you!" around the middle? I thought maybe it was some office worker yelling at the window guy, like "Stop swinging that thing all over the place, I'm trying to work!!" :lol:
