Manchester United, coming back from a 1-0 score line to win 2-1 against Bayern Munich in the 1999 to win the entire Championship League
1998-99 was the most successful season in the club's history as United became the first English team to win the treble - the league, the FA Cup and the Champions League in the same season. The final was especially exciting as United were trailing 1-0 with one minute to go, but two goals in stoppage time, gave them a win over Bayern Munich. The club's first choice centre-midfielders, Roy Keane and Paul Scholes, missed the match through suspension. Ferguson was knighted for his contributions to British football as a result.

Red Sox down 3-0 to the Yankees, then comeback to win 4 games to 3. Being the first team in a long time to do that in the MLB. No the Yankees didn't choke, Red Sox had the perfect team to win it all.

Lance Armstrong
In 1996, just as he was entering the prime of his career, Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with testicular cancer that had spread to his lungs and brain. He was given a 50 percent chance of survival. After a grueling rehab, Armstrong returned to cycling and began an unprecedented period of dominance with his 1999 Tour De France victory.
USA hockey team in 1980.
The "Miracle on Ice" is the popular nickname for the ice hockey game in the 1980 Olympic Winter Games, in which a team of amateur and collegiate players from the United States beat the Soviet Union against near-impossible odds on February 22, 1980, in Lake Placid, New York. The United States went on to win the gold medal. USSR received the silver medal, and Sweden received the bronze.

my favorite has to be the "gone in 56 seconds" game where Duke beat Maryland in College Park.down 10 with 56 points to go,and win the game!!!!Then again,I am a die hard Dukie,so I am a bit biased.
as for personal comebacks,I would suggest that Rocky Bleier, who got his kness blown allmost off during his service in Vietnam and returning to play professional football ata the highest level is pretty darn cool, too.
