Please Help

Hi, i have just joint because i need some Actionscript help. I'm not very good at it but im hoping someone on here will be able to help.

I'm from England and it's 5am here, my university assignment has to be in before 9:30am today.

Does anyone know a quick, simple and easy way i can create a "life" system for a game in Flash using actionscript.

I'm wanting for a life to be lost each time an movie clip touches another, and eventually ending the game after 5 touches.

Any help would be great! Thanks.
