I am a 16 year old male with an obesity problem. I currently weigh 235 lbs. I need some tips on losing weight.. FAST! My body can't take much more of this. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

Eat healthy and exercise. Running and swimming work very well.

No, I tried not eating. But Everyone has their breaking point. No, I cant stand the taste/smell/sight of puke. And I don't get out much to exercise, I work too much. No time. Any other tips?

Well then your going to have to. 2 pounds a week is the healthy maximum of losing weight. So don't expect to go any higher than that. You're ganna have to run, alot. Start off at 5 minutes a day, for a week. Then go for 7 the next week, and 10 the week after that, and keep going untill you reach 30 mins. Run at a 4 mile per hour pace, with little or no incline. Don't eat shit, seriously, eat fruits and vegetables. Eat alot of greens, milk, and try to stay away from bread, pasta, and other foods with alot of carbs. This is what I want you to do:

Wake up at 5:00, walk for 45 minutes outside.
Get home, drink a cup of milk, and then take a shower.
Eat a healthy breakfast, anything with fruits and vegetables.
Go to school, try to participate in sport activities in lunch, football, soccer, etc.
Eat a healthy small lunch, salads, with light dressing is good.
After school, run on a treadmill, or around the track for 5 mins, and keep increasing your time as I told you.
Go home, eat a small snack, and try to stay active, take out the garbage, help your mom with inside choirs, and help your dad mowing the lawn, washing the car, etc.
Eat a healthy dinner, and treat your self to a healthy dessert, like an apple, grapes, watermelon, ect.

The key is to run, eat healthy, and stay active. Stop eating foods that come from bags, or cans, eat fresh produce, and milk.

I know it sounds hard, but you're ganna have to stick to this, or you're not ganna improve at all, and just get worse.

3. if yu dont want to exercise , just walk from point a to point b

and eat Healthy !! for god's sake !! and yours .


if yu cant walk , i mean your GOING to stay fat , no offense , but if yu want to lose weight, yur gonna have to work for it . also, use yur fat , and like. lift some weights , building muscles burn fat . so yeah.

Go Marine Corps !


oohh yeah . join the Marines , i garenteed yu, you will come back WAY skinnier .

If you want my help you better lift your damn self-esteem up right there. That is where you are going wrong bud. There is not such thing as "working too much." That is the whole idea with setting your priorities straight and if you want something bad enough you chase it. The recommendation is to work out 3 days a week for a half an hour each day... and this is just to maintain weight... so if you want to lose weight... you are talkin one hour at least three days a week...

Also, fat turns into muscle faster than it burns off, so Lifting weights is something you can use to your advantage, seeing as you have enough "fat" that you can get strong pretty fast, i've seen it happen. Lift and do situps for 30 minutes before bed and in a month or 2 you WILL see a noticably fit new you. Then maybe on the weekends if you have time, go running or if you have a treadmill or can afford one, run on it. Christmas is coming and a weight set or treadmill is not a bad gift. A healthy body is the best gift you can give yourself.

Good suggestion.

First off no fast food.
fast food is dumb


okay secound off
make a list, food that is really healthy for you

third off NO POP water or juice is good.

with protien, vitamines all that stuff
the kind that taste good

and the more healthy food you eat the better.

Breakfast:
1 egg in the morning with bread, peanut butter and jelly are exceptional, but no butter
Lunch:
[you choice of meat as long as its not like...hambauger meat] sandwich
jucie with a fruit and vegetable, maybe like strawberries with a cucumber, or something like that.
Dinner:
Fish is okay. but only once a week. Salad is good, but not fast food saling, and if you are gaving dressing, only use as much as the top to the dressing, like fill the top up, and put it over your salad.
i suggest you make your own salad like lettus cucumbers tomatoes etc..
Maybe with the salad you can make speghetti, but i suggest you use sauce with no meat in it. Paul New Man's has this sauce that taste delicous fyi.

Just, make a scheduel for yourself
notify your mom or dad if you still live with them too.
they should help you out, but if you are really cracing chips only have a cup, once a every two weeks.
Don't force your self.
and if you are seriously craving something, don't over do it.. Just have a little.... but don't keep doing that every week.

I hope this helps, and your breakfast can be changed around and all that, but it's healthy. Becuase i know each day i would eat something differen't cus i would get sick of eatting eggs for breakfast, or sandwiches for lunch

This Diet must be followed EXACTLY in order to lose the 10 pounds in 3 days. Do not vary or substitute any of the foods. Salt and pepper may be used. No other seasonings. If no quantity is given, then there are no restrictions. Before you start this (or any diet) you should consult your doctor. Remember to drink PLENTY of water and use caution. We have heard that this may be a diet for "heart patients" only.


****FIRST DAY****

Breakfast :

1/2 a grapefruit

1 slice of toast

2 teaspoons of Peanut Butter

Black Coffee or Tea

Lunch :

1/2 cup of Tuna or Chicken

1 slice of toast or cheese

black coffee or Tea

Dinner :

2 slices of meat (3 ounces) or a small steak (broiled)

1 cup of sting beans

1 small apple

1 cup of beets or carrots

1 cup of vanilla ice cream

****SECOND DAY****

Breakfast :

1 egg

1/2 banana

1 slice of toast

black coffee or tea

Lunch :

1 cup of cottage cheese or ½ a cup of tuna fish

5 saltine crackers

diet soft drink

Dinner :

2 hot dogs

1 cup of broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup of carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of ice cream



****THIRD DAY****


Breakfast :

5 saltine crackers

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 small apple

black coffee or tea

Lunch :

1 hard boiled egg

1 slice of toast

1/2 cup of tuna diet soft drink

Dinner :

1 cup of tuna, chicken, or turkey

1 cup beets or carrots

1 cup cauliflower or greens

1/2 cantaloupe or 1 banana

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Even though I'm trying to gain weight, you wil lose a lot of weight if you do what I do. You need xbox, xbox live, and halo 2

M<y day goes like this- Wake-up at 11:00 am. PLay xbox live until 3:30. eat a bowl of cereal. play xbox live till 9:00. make some coffee. Drink coffee and go to bed at 4:00 am and do the same thing over again. I lost 5 pounds in 3 days.

im trying to lose some weight too. is it good to have a power bar for lunch every day at school then like soup or something on weekends for lunch? also whats a good quick breakfast i can have before heading out for the schoolbus?
