Seeing Double?..

Ok, I'm Using FireFox and almost everytime I try to watch a video in a webpage it shows up as two screens, tiny, in the left and right top conors...Anyone else been having this problem? (I.E. will do it too)

Also it'll happen in windows media player sometimes..

Any idea how to fix this or what?..
