It's real. Some guy picked up this dead cat lying on the side of the road, stood it up and took a picture.

Look at it's fur. It was dropped in water. The fur is all sleeked down.

You know, I think the cat was probably dead before it was frozen. A cold cat would probably have its eyes closed against the cold air. It would have been curled up too. It probably just fell over dead from illness or age and then was covered in ice.
