Nice list, but you missed off Vio-Lence, Exodus, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Kataklysm, Exhorder, Metal Church, Necrophagist, Nile and Cryptopsy. (And Kyuss if they count as Metal). Theres probably a lot more.

That's because all the good bands are from Norway, Sweden, France, Ukraine, and Finland. Those are all foreign language speaking countries, in case you didn't pay attention in geography class, dumb fuck.

Yeah Katatonia rock face. I missed of a lot of bands. But then, a lot of self proclaimed metalheads won't have heard of some of the bands I listed. That was the idea really. Get them listening to more.

There is some great metalcore out there. I actually enjoy quite a bit of it, but none of the really reallly gay stuff.
