I sent in my $25 a few weeks ago, the money cleared last week, I'm still not upgraded, how long does it usually take for the staff to push a person's membership through? Anyone know?

ebaum staff does not give two shits about people, only the money, even that flash video on ebwsucks.com says so. This site is sick is as hell, it would be 10 times better if the staff cared.

Ok, yeah, I can understand the holidays might slow things down a bit, but, Eric's a Jew for God's sake! Yeesh! :)
Dunno about how much the staff cares or whatever, I just want my premium membership so I can be more of a geek dan j00! :)
I will look into it first thing Tuesday Morning, we've been out of the office since last Thursday for the holidays. Sorry for the delay.

Oculus, prem accounts that are paid through paypal usually are setup automatically. For some reason or another, yours didn't go through automatically so we had to look into why. Sorry for the delay, you should be all set now.

Just been reading the Premium Forum Account details, what exactly does that mean? You mean people that don't get all the ads and popups that still make you money are not respected?

It means exactly what it says. They are more lenient with the banning stick on you. You basically get more warnings or second chances if you break a rule by accident.
But that doesn't mean you can go posting porn in the Everything/Nothing section and get away with it :p ;)

Right, I take it to mean that a premium member has shown a legitimate interest in the future of the site and therefor will be cut slack when they make mistakes where a non premium member would likely be tossed out on their ear because they didn't show the same loyalty. I imagine that people who've been here for years also get some deferential treatment even if they're not premium members just based on their loyalty alone.
Anyway, thanks for getting the problem cleared up.
