I actually thought that somehow the blood was fake so it didn't disturb me that much.

this reason was the blood looks dark maybe it was the lighting i don't know.

I have never been too drunk maybe I will find out this new year so I don't know however do you have any idea how much pain he will be in when he wakes up the next morning? atop the hangover.

I have a friend just like this guy. He loves to do stupid shit like this every time he gets really drunk. Once I watched him eat an entire pint glass. Biting, chewing, and swallowing the lot. There was blood all over his face pouring from his gashed up mouth. He's quite a sick bastard. He's also the type who punches windows through, it's a pain in the ass having friends like these because sometime if they go too far like the time when he sliced his leg with a razor blade you have to spend a few hours in the hospital, and everyone hates hospitals, right?

The main problem I have with Ebaumsworld is the stupid comments Eric adds to them. Like saying they're are stoned, obviously he has never seen a stoned person before. Like this example:

I seriously doubt it was fake. I have friends who, when they get drunk, this side of them tends to come out...I don't think it's just a matter of "being drunk," I think that most of us could get pretty hammered without being able to tolerate something like this. This is something that happens to people who have a tendency towards self-destructive behavior (or a love of pain, which isn't as uncommon as you might think.)

The way the guy fetishizes his blood after stabbing himself makes me think he was probably more cogent than we're giving him credit for. He's probably like Shay's glass-eating, leg-slicing friend in that he enjoys the intensity (and maybe the attention) associated with self-injury. He has to be getting a rush from it in order to continue, and I wouldn't doubt that in the privacy of his own home, he might get off on it.

that wasn't really that much blood. the guy will be hurting in the morning, but won't die. the backs of your hands don't have many blood vessels in them, you'd be hard pressed to bleed to death just from that.

What are you on about? There are arteries in every finger/thumb in your hand. The cuts wouldn't have healed themself. He would have died if he didn't go straight to a hospital. And all that bone which must have chipped off would have gone into his blood too.

when u get a paper cut, do u go right to the emergency room to get a fuckin bandade?!?! fuck no, your blood clots and stops the bleeding
the cells then multiply and start healing itself. A scab forms over the cuts to protect it from infection and such. Whenever you get a cut, your body begins to heal itself. True if u get a big gash, u go to the hospital becaus the body takes too long for the blood to clot and that would kill you. but not from stabs to the hand, the point of that knife wasnt too big, a small, but deep cut will form, but he definitly wont fuckin die. if he just wrapped his hand in a cloth to help stop the bleeding he'd be just fine. btw, there arent artieries in ur fingers dumbass. arteries go into capilaries ...there are capilaires in ur hand. your wrong too, you have capilaries in your hand, but you also have veins, which carry a lot of blood. Im not sure if if he would DIE, but he should definately go to the hospital, cause its not a paper cut, its stab wound. I sliced open my thumb once, and it doesnt "scab" over, cause if theres that much blood pouring out, a scab wont even form. I couldnt really tell how bad the cut was, but he was definately belleding quite a bit.

but veins are different than capilaries and arteries in that they carry blood back to the heart to become oxygen enriched again. this fact really isnt the point. I never said he shouldnt go to the hospital, only that he wont die if he didnt. A knife wound is a knife wound....you get it checked out almost no matter what
and i dont mean it scabs over while the blood is pouring out, however, it scabs after the blood clots and stops flowing out. Stiches bring the skin closer together to help it heal itself faster....and i think that a scab is formed underneath the stiches.

and ive gotten cuts on my fingers in the past with quite a bit of blood loss (but nothing serious)

To me the issue isn't entirely what state of mind the guy was in. Thing is, IMOP even if the guy was absolutely tanked there are still are certain amount of involuntary reactions.

I have no think that he might jump a tiny bit, or his body would tense when he did it. Something. In addition the quality of the video is so poor and there are so many abrubt cuts (no pun intended). Specifically at the time when is doing the knife thing there are 3 or 4 cuts out of nowhere.

I imagine that it is possible the video is real but I consider that very highly unlikely. LSD definately fucks a person up -- no doubt. Nonetheless, a person is still semi-cognisant of what's going on. E.g. you'd know you were stabbing yourself with a knife (unless you ate like a whole sheet -- in which case you wouldn't be able hold the knife so easily and keep it moderately still). Plus LSD doesn't really make you numb.

It either intensfiies feelings or makes them seem a different then they might normally. I have been with people who were candy-flipping (ecstacy and LSD) and even they were capable of doing menial tasks. But nothing that involved difficult motor skills.

I never noticed the tube talked about in the above post. I'd like to watch again and see. As a final note, what kind of idiot friends allowed him to do this? I mean yeah maybe they were fucked-up but seriously...The guy is stabbing himself and rubbing his face with blood!!

You may not have been implying this -- I'm sure somebody made the jump. However, just b/c it's on LSDriders doesn't mean he was doing LSD. Even If it actually showed him eating a little piece of paper there's not really any way of knowing what it was.

To me LSDRiders just looks like a bunch people doing idiotic things. I figure some of it is very unlikely to be done if a person was actually on LSD. Just my feeling. . .

honestly, i have no idea if he's on LSD....never tried the stuff, so idk how you would react. only know from what ive read around...ive heard that people dont feel pain. one instance, guy was on the stuff, was shot by the police cuz he was doing something (something like assult or soemthing) and ran about a mile before he died...another instance was this guy broke his leg and still ran like a few miles before he got to a hospital. i have no idea if these stories are true or not, but with this video, not sure if its real/fake, or if its real, if he's drunk or some drug. i assume its some drug, cuz ive been drunk b4, and never would i do something that stupid...cuz when ur drunk, u still have some common sense...usually

Without incriminating myself I can say that with any experiences I've had I've never totally lost my sense of reality. I know it was totally skewed and out of it, but on the absolute bottom level I knew "the basics" and had moderate common sense. "The basics" -- I am alive, I know who I am, I know I am not in my common state of mind, I know that I have to be somewhat careful b/c I am not in my normal state.

E.g. alcohol marijuana and ecstacy all make you lose your inhibitions to different degrees. However, that doesn't gaurantee that given the oppourtunity to get laid and risking getting AIDs is going to happen. If you guys are picking up what I'm putting down.
