I heard about the video but can't find it anywhere!
In the middle of a game, the ball gets hit to center field. The fielder's back is to the infield so he throws the ball in without looking and turns blindly not knowing that the umpire is just a few feet away. The umpire gets nailed in the head with the ball. I don't know anything more about it.
