Help Me Plz

I just created this account a couple days ago and I'm having trouble. I can't figure out how to post images from my computer into my posts. I looked in the FAQ but I didn't understand it. Can someone please explain how to do this in lamen terms. Thanks a bunch!!!

Ummm, you can only post pictures in the picture section...

1. Get an image on your computer.
2. Go to www.imageshack.us
3. Upload it by browsing and searching for it.
4. Click on "show link to friends"
5. Right click, view image.
6. Copy and paste the URL into the forum and put an at the beggining and an at the end.
