Bass Reduction Software

I have some MP3's that have to much Bass on it. Can anytobdy recommend a software that reduces the bass?

Maybe listen to them in a program that has an equalizer?

Okay, I was an asshole in my first post, but if you use media player for your music, then maybe you might have true bass on 100%, check that out. If its not the problem, then, my first post is correct, buy better speakers.
