I and a few of my friends are starting up a music review website.

It's just a placeholder at the moment, but I'm working on the coding as we speak. We need some people to help fill up the content. You will not be paid for your work, unfortunately, this is a volunteer basis only.
We need some reviewers whose preferences lean a certain way. We're going to do our best to have every one of us review as much as we can, but to be honest, we're not going to give the most flattering reviews to things we deem inferior. It's unavoidable, but it's the truth.
We need reviewers in these departments:
Mainstream Rock
Hardcore
Black Metal
Classic Rock
Death Metal
Emo
Alternative Rock
Punk
Indie
Here's how to apply:
Review an album in one of the genres above.
Make it decently long(250 words is about right).
Scale of 1-10, no decimals.
Best Song/Worst Song
List what kind of people should buy the album.

Things to consider:
Grammar and Spelling: If neither are important to you, then your review won't be important to us.
Musical knowledge: We're not asking a lot, just that you know what you're talking about.
Logic: Don't say an album sucks cause it's metal, emo, alt-rock, etc. I really don't care that you hate that kind of music, give me reason to believe what you're saying.
