Protesters are ruining my war!

Since the onset of "Shock and Awe" I have witnessed anarchicic "demonstrations" bordering on riots and definatly feeding off of the mob mentality so prevelent in the LA riots of the early 1990's. I have witnessed hate-crimes in my own city and I have seen ignorant, cowardice people speaking out for what they think they believe in. Anti-war protestors showing up in numbers rivaling the Viet Nam demonstrations. It is easy for them to flip on their light switches, cover their kid's tuna fish sandwhiches in plastic wrap and drive their bohemoth SUV's to soccer practice--all without thinking what allows them to carry on in this world. I am sick and tired of hearing "No Blood for Oil" from these ignoramouses. Dont they know that blood has been spilling for oil since the beginning of crude oil pumping? These are the same people who buy an Angus steak but can't explain the butchering process --and furthermore, don't want to know what it is. I call these people militantly ignorant.
Another Point: September 11th, 2001--NYC. No, I don't aim to insult your intelligence, I mearly want to point out that there are more people in the streets today in NYC protesting this war than came out to the streets to help, following the attack on the World Trade Center, The Pentegon and the attempt to attack The White House. Newsflash to Betty Crocker, Susan Sarandon, F*ckin' Jane Fonda -- WHO DO YOU THINK FUNDED THE 9/11 ATTACK!?
Answer: Iraq. The second richest muslim country on earth, sworn enemy of Americans, Jews, Christians, Americans, and even other Arabs.

Another Beef:
As a former soldier in the US Army, I have become disgusted with the segment of Americans protesting the war who use the Slogan "Support Our Troops--Bring Them Home" The Military has a difficult job ahead, and the protesters would be hard pressed to find a soldier who considers "support" as a premature withdrawal from the Middle East. Protesters, please speak for yourselves... You are cowardice and display your political ignorance with each shout of : "No war on Iraq."

Dammit.... I'm just fed up.

Thank you, Stanky. --- unfortunatly the minority anti-war proponants have the majority voice in the media.

Check out CNN radio. 2130hrs, 03-21-03. A US soldier has been detained for the 101st Airborne 3rd Infantry Div. attack on the CP tent in northern kuwait. This means we have sleeper cells in our own military. This is obviously a tremendous security risk and will substantially effect the moral sentiment of the soldier there, not to mention to bolster the message of the handfull of hippies and biased european media who refuse to see this war objectfully.

I get this direct from kuwait Via HAM radio:

The US soldier has been reprimanded for insobordiantion and also told when the unit left for Kuwait that he would not be joining them

Obviously a section 8.

1. I believe that the war is warranted.
2. I clearly support our troops who are in harm's way
3. I am still waiting for the Bush Administration to really show proof of the relationship between Al Qaida and Iraq. Not that I do not believe that there is indeed a link. It's just that they keep saying that they have proof, but nothing so far would qualify as proof in my mind. Maybe I missed some report or something...

OK... that may be hard to find thru popular media, if you want to do some research-- look into the Israeli Mossad & British MI archives from 1999--present. Also, having lived in the Middle East while enlisted in the US Army and also because I am Israeli by my parents, all arab political fronts are connected. They are really impressive in their convictions and fund each other--the final aim being to overtake Israel and erradicate the USA's impact on their survival as militants. Saddam has ruled Iraq since his violent coup in 1969 and promptly aired the backyard shootings of all previous political members. The Al quaida was simply a faction of very determined pro-palistinian fighters who were not themselves palastinian. I believe they were "Auditioning" for saddam's approval to grant them seats in power.

It's hard for Americans who have never had contact with Islamic Militants to understand the severity of the extent with whitch these people will go to further their cause. They have used their own children as living grenades... and I have seen this with my own eyeballs. Do not underestimate the power of these people. This is not propaganda-- they really could care less whether they murder us, or their own people. They fight the "Jihad" and in the face of their god, do you think a few hundred--a few thousand--a few million people really matter?

1. I am not American
2. I have lived in the Middle East for many years, from Algeria to Lebanon with just about every country in between
3. I still have not seen proof. It's a believable story, and it is consistent with what I know of that part of the world... first hand. Never the less, there still is not a shred of proof that I have seen to corroborate that connection. ANd by the way, that's partly why many countries in the World are dragging their feet, because the often promised proofs are still nowhere in sight.
4. Spent some time in Israel. I will never forget that orange juice I drank in the street of Jaffa :D

no no, as I said, I can believe that with no problem. However, there is a big difference between what I can believe and what I can prove, and so far, there is no actual published proof regardless of the fact that we pretty much all agree that there is a link between Saddam and that the guy must be taken out. But the International Opinion is not about beliefs and gut feelings.

I was in the Middle East because of my job and my dad's job in the military.

I'm gonna be lazy and copy/paste what I wrote to someone else's string. I understand your position--It's fine. I checked out your site, Xbox--I think you should run for President and ressurect Frank Zappa to be your VP. I Wish there were more people like you on this doomed ball of crap called Earth.

I agree with you. The press is way too involved in this conflict for my liking. My father was special ops. I remember when I heard on CNN about the fact that we had spec op troops in country. They just about gave the fucking position of our troops. My dad happened to be part of that bunch with his team.

When the press puts our guys' lives in danger, I think that it is criminal.

Yes! And you're assessment of the American press is comendable. Why do we need to know anything at all? we pay and elect the men and woman in government to make decisions for us. If protesters claim that they dont have enuff info and justification to warrent the conflict, let them run for office or dedicate 20 years of THEIR lives to the military--THEN they will know what they NEED to know.

Until then... they're voice means jack (despite the 4th ammendment). That might offend some people--but guess what? The truth hurts.

Thanks for the kind words. If I could resurrect Frank, it sure would be fun to do so! Frank as VP? Man, we'd be having a ball then!
