this guy is selling this car and the add is kinda confusing, he says the car is a diesel but the photo is of a gas engine, he is saying the gas motor was put in by mistake, what he means is the photo of the gas engine was put in by mistake, . " so the gas engine was put in by mistake and then the diesel engine was installed that must have been expensive" This question will really piss him off:) Anyway I thought it was funny.

I need to find my thread about it. A long story short. They removed my account without my knowing, though I never sold anything against their policy. Then, they have constantly tried to charge $200+ to my credit card on file when I know I have owed NOTHING. I disputed the charges, and I WON!.... But they then had a collection agency hound me with 5 calls a day. When those stopped, they recharged my account even though I won the dispute. What they did was illegal.

They are currently trying to do this to my girlfriend's account since I used my PayPal account to pay for one of her seller fees. I paid in full, yet they are asking for $100 in fees.

Yeah, that was the shorter version of the story. I hate eBay, and hope the people running it suffer horribly painful deaths! Then, I will piss on their dead bodies... maybe their relatives if I drank enough water!
