using flash sounds in instant messages

I think it would be awesome if I could use some of the flash sounds from a celebrity sound board in my AIM insant messages. Is this possible? I've had people send me sounds before without me accepting them or anything. That's what I had in mind. A good Howard Stern "That's gay!" or Arnold "how are you" would be much better than a stupid smiley face anyday.
