Ive got 66,000 miles on my '96 v6 mustang and have never had any trouble with it... never even taken it in to the shop except for one time when the horn went crazy for no reason at all.

Ford is going to start to make the F40 again for public use to compete with corvettes. That should be very nice...

This is my driveway: 95 arrowstar (mom), 96 v6 mustang (me), 2001 gt (dad), 2002 v6 mustang (sister). The van has 120k miles on it... no trouble. And no trouble on the other cars either. I havent ever owned a ford truck or suv so I cant relate to that. Maybe you were driving yours too hard or something. I drag raced my dad's car weekly (took it to a "gathering of car enthusiasts") and never had any trouble with it (13.8 quarter mile best time stock).

Maybe ford just makes crappy trucks/suvs... but their cars really are fine, as long as its not from the 80s or before (unless its a mustang of course).

Anyway, i love fords, from the F-150's which are an AMAZING truck. We recently rented one and it easily was 5times better than any truck i've been in. And the explorers are nice, My family has had 2 of them. I also like the T-birds and the Crown vics.

they both suck why buy a mustang and get a V6 there is no point. Oh the insurance and the fact that you probably couldn't handle a big old v8
