Can someone please help me compress the following image to 7168 bytes?

I don't think that's possible. The smallest I could make it was 28,000. Why do you need it that small anyways?

How do you want it compressed? Lower resolution, color, dimensions, or only by size? And must it be 7168 bytes?

Sorry was busy, i just want it to be 7168 bytes, not exactly, but cant be not even 1 byte more. its for an aim buddy icon. I just want it to be 7168 in size, and try to keep the pic from not being too small if you can.

Apparently the size has to be 50x50pixels...so heres two versions:

use MS paint or if so, flash. size it down, make it a .gif.
