eBaums is of no Obligation to assign credit where credit is due, especially since those that claim credit either do not have a copyright or just flat out cannot prove they are the original makers of the video. You want to talk morality, then you should take the title of Hypocrite instead. You yourself have been banned various times and yet you proceed to find ways around that and come back.

Morality would tell you to just let it go since there is no legal action you can take. You want to keep doing something about it, make a new website, but basically what you're doing is no different than someone told to leave the premises and they keep coming back. Now, since eBaum is under no obligation to give credit when those that suggest it lack required copyrights, he doesn't have to do anything. This is his site, not yours. He places it in the lower right hand corner, just like every television station on the planet does. Ever watch a movie that has a scene with subtitles and then have the network logo pop up over the subtitles? Annoying as it may be it isn't against the fucking law! Eric's already said he'd remove anything that anyone can prove is theirs if they ask for it to be removed and provide the proof. I have yet to hear of a single instance of this.

So, go find someone who has proof that they created something on here and has the proof to back it up. ebaumsworld does take copywritten material from other sites and claims them as its own. ebaumsworld does take credit for other people's work. Fact is ebaumsworld is just careless or even too "busy" to actually research the copyrights of content before they toss it on the site. ebaumsworld is not the only website to do this, and download.com is known quite well for it as well, and I find it to be unacceptible.
