Crazy Japanese guy

I'm looking for a video I saw a while ago in the video section of this Japanese guy running through a crowd of people going berserk just acting funny, shaking his head like crazy. I think that was the beginning of it. They were doing other crazy things too. Anyone know where I could find it?
