Try this
You can disconnect a payphone for like 20 minutes just pick up the phone and hit #45 or somethin like that, and hang up it should be non usable for 20 minutes or so
Try this if you have those annoying web blocks at your school like smartfilter or netnanny or somthing:
Click start/
Run/
then type CMD/
then a black screen will pop up/
Type Ping then space bar and the website so it should look like this
ping ebaumsworld.com/
Then hit enter/
wait a second and numbers will pop up there will be a set of repetitive numbers thats the IP address type that number in for the website
it should look something like this 64.233.187.99 put the periods in there too(of course there will be different numbers)/
then hit enter/
OR heres another way
this website will get past blocks just go to this website and type in your url and it will get past(MIGHT NOT GET PAST ALL)
