For cradling, don't ever put your stick down...become one with it. Just cradle with a ball as much as you can, and what helped me a lot was just fucking around with my stick inside, picking up random objects and tossing them around. Just get to know your stick and be able to handle it well.
To keep good, find a wall. A wall with a concrete floor at it's base is best but any wall will do. Just throw against the wall and try to hit different spots, and catch it when it comes back. Just throw and throw and throw. Practice with both hands as well and practice different ways of throwing once you get good at throwing over the top. And wear your gloves while you do this.
Lacrosse owns.

Be comfortable with both hands. It will help a lot, especially in field. Also work on running while cradling and changing hands on the run/or while in a split dodge, etc. If there's a lacrosse box around, live in it. There's 4 in my city, 1 is only 5 minutes away. Also like others said, always have your stick in you hand, get creative, try different shit.
