I loved TMNT: Manhattan Project, the multiplayer mode was so fun!

I got so pissed at that game. All that damn jumping and freaking shit flying at you every second. Love it. The castle at the end was great. I like getting to the top and then jumping down in front of the spires. Cool effect.

the greatest thing about this [thread]: none of these games suck. on ps2, xbox, etc., there are always quite a few games out that blow ass. but on NES, there were only a handful of ones that weren't "playable". the rest were fairly addictive.

Me and my buddy had the names down. Every team had the same looking characters, that we referenced from the USA team. There was the ugly bald Bill guy, the hunky Sam guy and so on.

Damn. That is the only game that ever kept me up all night without sleeping at all. I rented it with a friend and we started playing it at about 9pm and we were still awake playing it when his parents got up about 12 hours later. We then went to Cracker Barrel and I fell asleep in my pancakes. No lie.

Does everyone remember THE code for Contra? I know that 9 out of my friends can recite that shit so easily. Hell...isn't like Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, A, B, Select, Start or something? 15 years later and I still remember. Dayumm..

Oh and this game was the official "let me piss off nintendo players everywhere to the point where they smash shit" game:

The point of the game was that you chased your pet frog in a cave. The frog somehow mutated via nuclear waste and kicks your ass along the way. There was no save option and it sucked. But it was addicting as all get out. Yeah..I'm done. :bigwink:

I used to pwn at super Contra, basewars, adventure island, all 3 marios (could beat SMB1 in about 8 minutes....twice),and world class track meet (featuring that horrible wannabe DDR pad) but when I try playing them on my xbox, all thanks to emulators....I suddenly suck a major's balls.

Duck Hunt (I recently played it at a party, I was wasted and all the DDs were having a competition. I got to lvl 15! Second place was lvl 7. Pwned. When I went to play it the next day sober, I could only get to lvl 7.)
