A Polish immigrant goes to the Department of Motor Vehicles to apply for a driver's licence and is told he has to take an eye test.

The examiner asks him to read an eye chart with the letters:

C Z J W I X N O S T A C Z

"Can you read this?" the examiner asks.

"Read it?" the man replies, "I know the guy!"

Edit: I guess that means that he thought the letters were a person because his eyes were so bad?

I didn't really get it, then when I read it how it was funny, it wasn't funny. Hearing how a joke is funny just isn't funny.

I said funny quite a lot there.
