Sorry guys, being from Guam I can tell you that one is absolutely false (about as preposterous as saying there's a deflowerer law in the United States). It's 100% pure internet spread fiction

I don't know who wrote it but it obviously got around. Marie Claire magazine actually printed out some of these rumors in a 2002 issue and it it caused an outright uproar! It dominated the local news and talk radio for days. People couldn't believe it was being printed as fact. Women of Guam from all parts of life (including the Lt.
