Does anyone know when these will be held? It's always a laugh...
Edit/ I just found out that they start in 2 days. I know it's not very PC to be laughing at cripples trying to do sport, but what are you going to do? Break my legs?
Anyway, the funniest (which is what the games are all about) sport by far is sledge hockey, where folks with legs that don't work slide around on sledges and bash each other. Not only is it hilarious to watch but I have high hopes for Team GB's chances since its victory over Sweden a couple of weeks ago. Apparently, however, our goalie is old. Really, really old. Yes, in true British spirit, it wasn't good enough to pick a dude with no legs, we need a sixty year old with no legs. This probably explains what happened to Eddie the Eagle after he retired.
