Anyone watch USA's unbelievable win over South Africa today in The World Baseball Classic? Oh MAN! 17, yes, SEVENTEEN to zero.

You think that USA can keep this up... or is South Africa just that bad?

Looking forward to see if Cuba can maintain their winning streak and beat Puerto Rico. That is going to be an intense game!

The USA was beat by Canada for God sakes, they're really not that good, don't expect much.

i think that south africa just sucks. the usa is a good team, but i really think that south africa just sucks. the three teams i think might win the wbc are usa cuba or dominican republic.

and the US moves on to the second round while canada goes home...

Well, USA plays Japan today, so we will see won't we? We will see.

There's nothing "unbelievable" about pounding South Africa. That should be expected.

The USA was beat by Canada for God sakes, they're really not that good, don't expect much.
Any team can beat any other team on a given day. Bottom line: We move on, Canada doesnt.



I think There will be a Dominican/USA final, with the Dominicans winning.


And isnt there already a thread for the WBC?
