Well to a certain degree you can say that, but a lot of content is "user" submitted content. Im not saying that ebaumsworld.com staff shouldn't verify that the "user" submitted files aren't copyrighted, but if they did verify the files, first off, it would take forever, second off it would mean a lot of researching for the ebaumsworld.com to see if it is actually copyrighted...my personal opinion..
It comes with the job description, I know that stuff like this can be tough..but it is something that ebaumsworld.com should really look into. If you have a humor/entertainment website, you should know that it will take this kind of work..and we all know that Eric bauman is richhhh ass hell now..some can say that its because of people like them who have contributed towards the online community..but if you are contributing towards a community and you know from the start that there is nothing in it for you ? Than why contribute ? If you were tricked or something, than sure, but you knew that you would get nothing out of it..therefore users who submit content can not complain that they are getting nothing out of it, if they are, simply stop submitting shitt. I don't make it seem like nothing, I understand your a child and you can be very easily influenced, but the rest of us are some what grown up and don't let flash videos make decisions for us...
