btw you have to be registered for more than a week before you can start telling people off. :D Try to find other ways of raising your post count.

Yeah kind of… but not as I was recording the call. The call was recorded in like December of 2001 (month or so after the towers collapsed in NYC (Hence my comment to her about not wanting a tower falling on my baby since they live in NY).

I totally agree and that was my main motivation along the lines of why I screwed with her for as long as I did (that and the fact that when she told me in the call that she would never tell the baby that it was adopted). When I heard that it actually pissed me off. I'm sorry but I think a child has a right to know SOMETIME down the road that it was adopted... maybe 10-or even 17 years down the road, but defiantly someday. She disagrees apparently. So in my mind she deserved what she had coming; hence the introduction to Shaniqua :)

edit- Who places an ad in the paper? It seems like a really inefficient way of trying to adopt a kid, don't they make like special agency for this.
