Right, I've been searching for this song for loooong time now ( about 2 years to be exact! )

Now, that tinkerbell in the song, there is a rap song that has the exact same notes as it but in a different sound if you get what I mean?

Please, I beg you, someone has to know the name of that song!

I don't know the name of the rap song that featured it, but the original sample of the music box chimes (what you call the 'tinkerbell') comes from the Clint Eastwood movie "For a Few Dollars More".
It's been sampled (and that 'riff' has been recreated by other instruments) into loads of songs though, so searching for a particular one without knowing the artist is going to be difficult.
