A "follower"? Not hardly. In my area, the ONLY people you see with stupid ass 20 inch (and up) wheels are black people, or people who wish they were black people. These same people also, coincidentally enough, are also the same ones who think everyone wants to hear whatever shitbox rap music they're listening to, so they blast it at glass shattering levels. These giant wheels not only look stupid, they increase the rolling mass of the wheel/tire combo, which reduces braking efficiency, handling, etc.

You are correct, as long as the overall diamter is the same as the original wheel/tire combo, but when you go up to these "super sizes" you change everything. Of course, the makers of these POS won't tell you that, because they just want people to buy the wheels.

For quite a while. I believe that you are not allowed to have blue or red neons under or on your car. At least in my state it's illegal. It's also illegal in Michigan because I have a friend with neons on his truck and he's gotten tickets for it.
