That was either a friend or one of the worst drivers in the world driving. The guy didn't even slowdown until after the guy was off of the car. Any normal driver would have easily been able to avoid that situation or at least have been able to brake before hitting the guy.

Second off I know that it is possible to die when hit by car even if its going 9-10 mph. First off, I don't give a fuck if he's unconscious or hurt or not. Actually, i take that back, I hope and pray he shattered his elbow and got atleast mild brain damage from it. That being said I think there's just as much of a chance that he was mildy decent at pulling a stunt that appeared to render him unconscious, when in fact he was just laying there. And where did the block of metal come from? Last time I checked a car is not a "block of metal." Yes, you could do a lot of damage with a CAR thats doing 25 but its not guaranteed and they definately weren't doing 25.

There's only about 2-3 seconds of clip where you can see him on the ground.
How in the hell can you say "clearly" with 2-3 seconds? How do you know he isn't just laying there?

The idiot walks on the sidewalk and "slips" into the road.

a) The driver had aprox. 1 second of reaction time; I've never heard of brakes that could stop that fast.

b) If you see the end of the video, the driver slows down. He/she continues because the idiot purposely slid did that.

The driver had more than one second to react and he/she should have known that something weird was happening by the camera man on the side of the road. They also would have at least swerved. The driver didn't move the wheel at all.
