They were speaking French. It's a tv show called "Just for Laughs: Gags". I love this show, it can be pretty funny, especially when they dress up as cops and do silly things like pull a person over then start getting undressed.

I didn't think it was very funny. Most of the poeple only reacted for a few seconds, and just overall it isn't very funny.

Ya it's filmed in Montreal a lot of the times and sometimes I think they have British segments.

Can't even spell Poutine right. You probably thought the Poop Goblin flash was genius. Can't enjoy some good clean humor. That's the difference when you come up here, we don't need to use crude and vulgar humor.
