How to type at an angle?

Not sure if this is a dumb question, but i cant figure out how to type at an angle on MS paint? is it possible? i also have Paint.net. can someone help me out here.....something like a 45 d. angle.

Type in your text, then click on image - stretch/skew, then in the lower section type in 45 in the window.
