I liked luring neighbors into a shack I built, removing the door. covering the floor with wicker baskets, then making them set off bottle rockets.


They burned to death :D I had a graveyard of like, 10 different people. Then they stopped coming over :(

So you're not talking about the 1992 Amiga version but the 2006 version? Not played it, what's wrong with it? As far as I've read it's different because of the slightly lower viewpoint and the sprint button.

Yeah, the 2006 version, I just hated it. Theres no freedom to move, you can score from just about anywhere and the keepers just dive the other way, I don't really like that viewpoint anyway, and the sprint button gives you the most tinyest boost. More like ping pong that football, with the teams just booting it back and forth.
Remember pac man back in the day on the arcades? That was great. Then they remade it all 3D n stuff, which completly ruined it, that's whats happened to sensible soccer

QUOTED FOR EXTREME TRUTH. And I thought I was the only one to buy this game on the first day. I remember being anxious to get home from school everyday to log on to the internet and see if they had more screenshots posted. The game was delayed for a year, and I even went so far as to call the company myself and ask for its release date.

Needless to say, when I got my hands on this piece of shit, my hopes and dreams were crushed. Really, this has got to be the worst game of all time, ON ANY SYSTEM. NO EXAGGERATION. The game is just unplayable. Well, the flying through the rings pissed me off, but what ruined it for me is the SHITTY ass graphics, FUCKING HORRID level design, and the GOD DAMN bugs.

I vividly remember flying into a room, and having the whole environment turned black, leaving only Superman. You could walk around and shit, BUT besides that,you were pretty much screwed. And occurences like these happened on a regular basis. I remember trying to trade this game in for store credit not too long after I got it, and they only offered 50 cents for it. The value had depreciated from $60 to 50 cents in a matter of months.

If you ever have a chance to play this stinker, take it. Yuo will truly see one of the most horrid abominations to ever grace the face of the video gaming industry.
