For me, it's definately a toss up between Zoso(IV) or Physical Graffiti. If you put a gun to my head, i'd pick Zoso.

Tough decision between Zeppelin 2 or In Through the Out Door. But I have to go with In Through the Out Door.

II or Physical Graffiti.

EDIT: Why hasn't anybody said III yet? That was a good n' too.

Probably II or Physical Graffiti

But it's so hard to decide as I could probably swap either of those two for Houses of the Holy, In Through the Out Door or I on another day.

I don't know if I'll ever be able to decide :p.

II; it's one of those albums where every song is outstanding.

By the way, am I the only one who seems to feel that the song Celebration Day sounds awfully fucking weird after you just got up early in the morning?

As nobody's said it, I'm going for LZ 1. It's the album that got me into Zeppelin, it's still my favourite out of all their albums and it's just raw Led Zep.

Houses Of The Holy

CLOSELY followed by:

Physical Graffiti

But I do own and love every single Led Zeppelin album, Presence and In Through The Our Door are so underrated and for some reason I quite like CODA as well.

I listed I and II, but then decided to swap I for Physical Graffiti. I have a lot of love for that album.

The way Physical Graffiti starts off as a down-dirty blues rock album then goes into desert wastelands and Celtic melodic dreamland and the mellow pastures of the sea side, before returning to the source with Sick Again, incredible, a real journey, music at its most powerful...

^ Agreed. It's definitely an album that's greater than the sums of it's parts. There's just so many different experiments into so many different types of music in it. It is, along with untitled and II, my favorite Zeppelin album I also really like 1 and Houses of the Holy, but all of them have some great songs, and all are an enjoyable listen-except maybe coda.

In Through the Out Door is quite underrated. It's a pretty cool album and Carouselambra is one of my fav LZ songs.

IV is always going to be the critics faviourite, but Houses, III & I deserve more recognition.
