I want what you're smoking, kiddo.

He was a white guy married/dating/living in sin with a fat sweaty hog. Together they had a black child and he broke down and cried thrice when informed the black child was not his.

I'd say fake but it's probably not. And we wonder why the rest of the world laughs at us. Billy Joe Jimbob here is proof positive that there are a few Americans who are morons.

Ultimate humiliation for sure. Maybe she used to be in better shape before the kid. If they are married, she gave him the perfect reason for divorce, with no chance of having to pay alimony. Instead. he cries like a bitch. Back in the old days, natural selection would have taken care of him long ago.

I'll never understand what drives people to agree to come on television and settle this matter

Being inbred certainly helps in the matter. It's talk shows like this one that give southerners a bad name.

that was ironically funny enough, as blatantly sad and oblivious to common-sense this guy was. I felt sorry for him tho. He actually believed he was the father....wow. White and white don't produce Black. wth?

I really feel sorry for the guy, I really do. But I only thought this stuff was known in comedy movies, like in, "Me, myself and Iren". But I guess there are actually people who will convience themselfs other wise. My prayers go to that guy.

I used to wonder that myself and I've come to the conclusion is that it's because they can get a free stay in New York City and get a free paternity test. Those two things alone could cost thousands. Is it worth the national humility? That is a question that is up for debate.

It reminds of this one guy on one of those judge shows (mathis, judy, millian, etc.) and I can't remember which one. These people were suing him over getting shit-faced, passing out, and consequently pissing himself on their couch. Now personally I would've paid for the couch but this guy actually went on national TV to a court to settle it. What a dumbass. Although it's rare that I see it...daytime smut is always good for a laugh. :)

I don't find the video funny, just really sad. You can really tell that the father is attached to the kid, so learning that it's not really his would be crushing news. Poor guy.

Feel sorry for the guy, I know I'd be shattered if I found out my son wasn't actually mine... But geez, is he thick or what!? It's hard to believe that he actually thought that kid was his.

Sooo umm, for 16 months right? None of his friends/co-workers/nieghbors/the doctor/family members or the fucking newspaperboy said anything to the guy?

I was sad for a second, but after thinking about it for a minute.... I'm calling this fake...

(Edit: {viewing it agian} guy's not a bad actor though)

White and white don't produce Black. wth?
Actually, this isn't 100% true. If there had ever been a black blood relative of the mother and father of that particular couple, their child could be black, but it is highly unlikely. For those who don't know, every child has half their DNA from their mother and half from their father, and their parents each have half from their parents, but one half is the dominant allele and one is the recessive allele. Every characteristic is decided from the two halves of the DNA, but the dominant is always selected over the recessive, so dominant/dominant results in dominant, dominant/recessive results in dominant, and recessive/recessive results in recessive. If the gene for black pigmented skin had been passed on through several generations as recessive, but that child got both recessive genes from the mother and the father for black skin, the child could be black, from two white parents. Once again, highly unlikely, but possible. There have been numerous cases of this happening, i'll try to pull one up.

FAIL. You haven't been keeping up with your 9th grade biology homework, huh, kid? Just so you know, there are in fact *multiple* genes for skin pigmentation (16, I believe). That's why people have different skin colors and not just BLACK or WHITE...
Nice try at making yourself look smart, but next time you wish to give a biology lecture, read up, foo!

So pretty much, it IS 100% true.

My mother worked for the govt for many years as a geneticist, and she has stated that "a child is never darker than the parents". That baby could not have been his.

I think he knew the baby wasn't his, but he was willing to be the baby's father and stay with the mom as long as there was an unspoken agreement to never talk about it, and she never strayed again. He was able to forgive her as long as it remained buried in their relationship. He loves the child and wants to keep that love intact. He cannot emotionally afford to be openly confronted with her infidelity. He looks at that baby and sees his son that he loves, not some other man's child.

It was very, very cruel of the woman to confess her infidelity and have the child's paternity proven. There is nothing to be gained by doing so. She may think it will make her feel better, but the consequence is that she has devastated the man she loves and destroyed their family.

I seriously believe he would have found out sooner or later... but then again I guess if he found out when he was 12 or something he would have accepted him as a son (as if he was an adopted child) and token him in easier....

(but I still think it is fake, the doctor must of laughed his ass off)

Especially that fat broad. She's probably keeps a couple bruthas in her gunt-fold for those times when she wants to feel attactive.

Damon Wayans was right when he said black men go after the white women that white boys don't even want (save for that porr bastard).

I feel pretty sorry for the guy, I mean obviously to us it looks stupid, but I think the guy was under a strong self denial for ages, he probably knew all along but didn't want to hear the truth.

It can happen however I think the grandparent would have to be black, it was in an English Newspaper the other week, a girl was black her parents and sister were white, yet her Grandmother was half African and she got the looks.

I think you guys are dead on. Deep down he may have suspected, but actually facing the truth would mean admitting that she cheated on him {biatch}. He was distraught, but didn't seem "shocked" or "surprised". More like a "Aw shit, he really ISN'T mine!" than a "What, whaddya you mean he isn't mine?!?"

No way is this scripted/acted. Give the man an award if it is.
