Has anyone else come across this damn thing that installs itself into IE?

If so, can someone tell me how to quickly and easily delete it, without having to go through regedit and delete 50 different files or have to pay for some damn program that will probably just add more stupid ass pop-ups to my computer.

Any suggestions?
