Windows Xp restart

hey i really need your help on this one. I recently got a virus and my comp has been running really slow and i want to re install windows xp but i dont have the disc. How do i reinstall without the disc. Ive done it before but i completely forgot how to. Please help!!!

You've done it before? I don't think so... You need the disk, either borrow one from your friend, or send your computer in to the shop, as well as your wallet... ;)

new disk but i dont see how reinstalling windows is going to help you? you need to clean out your shit on your disks, do a reformat of the drive you think you have the virus in, and if it still doesnt work you might have a worm. I had somthing happen like this to my computer long time ago and trust me. if you got a worm and you dont have customer service for your computer, your gonna need to pay for it or find someone who knows some pretty good computer coding, because if you cant access your computer you have to manually clean out your drives (like total wipeing out) threw manual code entering.
