Hello all, Is there another page or post about this contest? The contest page doesnt give enough details about the requirements or a deadline. Do they really pay $100 to every submission?

i dont think he was trying to be an asshole man, i think it was just excitment and unbelief that they are giving away 100 dollars that easily......that may just be the way i read it though

I think this is what you were looking for. You have to click where it tells you for more specific info.

it did kind of sound like the thegnome54 was making fun... maybe the gnome thought streetsk8erdc was falling for a scam. Doesn't look like a scam, though - seems like if ebaum's posts your entry - even of you don't win - you get $100 (or am I falling for a scam too??)
BUT on second thought, I'm not sure if that applies to the "click" entries too, or just regular submissions... it's a bit unclear...

if you click the "click" details it says "every submission wins 100"....I dunno if that means every submission to the click contest wins 100 automatically or it means every submission thats hosted on site.

Now I see what you mean - you're absolutely right, it DOES say "every submission", not "every video POSTED" - big F'N difference!

They may actually have some legal problems with this... go ahead, shoot a quickie video & send it in before they change the language. And get a screen shot of what it says now in case they do change it (by the way, I'm being dead serious, not making fun...)

Nope, I was being a dick. Thanks for hoping though. Being a cynical, sarcastic bastard is my way of life. Anyways, there's no way they mean that. It's obvious that no one would have the funds to pay each and every random submission $100. If you found a typo though, go for the gold!

Yes, for every typo found, you will get a check in the mail for two-hundred and fifty dollars.

They don't seem to pay much attention to the wording of their "fan submitted" contests. Case in point, I submitted a recut movie trailer awhile back which they used in their daily updates and according to the rules any submission that is "featured" is given at least $100. I was eventually given the prize money after getting in contact with them, but I was told that the rules were going to be updated so that "featured" meant making the "Best of the Week" List. That was many months ago and they still haven't updated the wording interestingly enough :)
