I haven't watched enough baseball lately to know what the hell I'm doing when picking a starting lineup, but my god, 6 of 8 positions? That's unbelievable. I hope people start to pull their heads out of their asses and realize that there are other teams out there other than the Yankees and Sox who have talent.

There should be some kind of limit as to how many players from one team can make it onto the starting roster. Give everybody a chance to make it through voting, but quit the AL East circlejerk that's going on.

He also has 15 homeruns and 55 RBIs...he's not "slightly below average".

He also has a .247 average and .266 OBP which are both well below average. His power is the only thing that keeps him in the lineup. This is one case where the Braves handled him poorly and rushed him to the majors. He never had time to learn plate discipline and he just swings at anything. He started off like a phenom last year, but pitchers have figured him out now.

I hate the fan voting system because people just fuck it up. It should be like the NFL or something where fan voting is only part of the equation.
