Actually, it's quite possible to survive that. Think of one of those people who lie on a bed of nails. The reason they don't get pierced is because their weight is distributed evenly across the nails. If it was one nail, he would get impaled. The same thing applies to that video. The SUV goes over a large part of the body, distributing the weight more evenly.
