I dont usually react to these sort of videos but I must point out a fake.

When you fall down, your natural reaction is to protect yourself. In this film the actor is clearly awake enough to break his fall by holding his hands out. If he was knocked out, it would be head first on the pavement.

I would gladly accept any dispute.
