Normally I find the website to have good taste in humor, but this completely crosses the line. I cannot believe that this website would host such a callous and insensitive game that pokes fun at the physically handicapped.
Being one of the millions of Americans who are blind and a lifetime member of the National Federation of the Blind (NFB), I personally take great offense to the attached picture. I knew that eBaum's World has had a reputation of poking fun at those who are handicapped in some way, but now I realize just how licentious Eric Bauman really is. I wrote this message to put my voice out there; hopefully the people here at eBaum's will hear it and realize how insensitive they are being, and take steps toward building a better community. But until then, I will continue to look down upon this website, and the cold-blooded people who control it.

To the three fucktards above, a person doesnt have to be 100% blind to be classified as having a visual imparement (i.e blind). And even if Phyuckyu was completely blind it doesnt take much for a colleague to point out that part of the game.
Think about it, and mgunit I dont wish pain on anyone but in your case I hope you find a hot poker meet your eye one day and then maybe you might take back what you said. Scum

As a web designer who designs sites based on the W3C code - I had to reply.
Blind people are capable of seeing both websites and flash games (that are properly designed to) with the program/device called a "Screen Reader" where it literally reads the text, alt text of images, etc, to the person 'viewing' the site so they know what is going on.
People with screen readers are completely capable of navigating any site that is set up well enough to actually be read. (There's actually a major suing of Target because their site is unable to be correctly read by blind people and screen readers.)

Ummm all major websites legally have to have compliance with the W3C guidelines. Target didn't have that, so yea, they should have fixed it. The bigger point is that someone sent them a letter requesting they fix it. Target ignored it. Another letter was sent. Ignored. The NFB said "Look, fix it, cuz its illegal and affronting some of your customers, fix it."
When Target STILL ignored the NFB and the courts, they got sued.

exactly my point...the ADA has been taken way too far.
Business should not be regulated as to who they choose to provide service to or accomodate. The customers will decide for themselves.
An example: Target makes their web site inaccessible to blind people. Imagine for the sake of argument, Wal*mart makes theirs fully accessible. Now imagine that we live in a world without bullshit laws like the ADA and whatever other laws allow fat people to sue mcdonalds, etc. Guess where all the blind people would take their business? Eventually, Target might realize that they are losing a slice of their revenue to Wal*mart, and they will change their website to regain those customers.
See how that works? Free market, healthy competition, businesses fight to claim customers, everybody wins.

Spend an afternoon browsing some major website and tell me how many comply 100% to the W3C standards (and i mean 100%...most in fact do not)
