removing the italics from quotes...?

kind of a confusing question, so ill explain the example that i need it for:

see my sig, how i tried to put in a second quote in the one quote box, just by putting the text in there...is there a way i can make "Originally Posted by Just Spurplin (refering to the destruction of sperm cells)" NOT italicized?

if not is there any other way i can do it to have the same effect i am looking for?
